India vs South Africa 3rd Test : Whitewash With Last Test Won by an innings and 202 runs. Denmark Open:PV Sindhu,Sameer Verma and Sai Praneeth Lost in Second Round

  • Sindhu lost to South Korea's Se Young by 14-21,17-21 in women's singles pre quaters.
  • Sameer Verma in men's singles second round lost to china's Chen Long  by 12-21,10-21.
  • Sai Praneeth too lost to Kento Momoto of  Japan in straight games.

Seventeheen  year old Se Young recorded the biggest win of  her carrer when she shocked the world by beating world champion PV Sindhu in the second round of Denmark Open BWF Super-750 Tornament in Odense on Thursday. Indian men's also ended up in men's singles and double's.

Se Young who is current world 19th started with a lead of 6-1 and though sindhu reduced it to 7-8, Young raced high to 14-7.The Se found many gaps and finally made look Indain hard to compete with her quick responses.

Sindhu recoverd in the second game and looked good with a lead of 8-4 and went to the half with 11-9.Young tried to show an comeback but final lead led to 13-10.Despite being pushed hard,Sindhu was in lead of 16-14.A simple service error caused Indain to suffer a body smash by Korean and followed by a six point earn by Se and Knocking PV Sindhu out of the tournament.

Lack of enough time to practice seems to be the main reason for performance degradation.
Thailand Open champions Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag shetty suffered  a straight game loss against Chinese sixth seeds Han Cheng Kai and Zou Hao Dorg 16-21, 15-21.
